  • The owners and staff have many years of experience in all phases of medical claims management- coordinating all office, hospital, nursing home and patient billing for several practices.
  • All are current on Medicare, Blue Shield, Medicaid, HMO and commerical insurance reimbursement procedures and regulations and have proficient knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding.
  • Extensive telephone contact experience with insurance carriers tracking outstanding claims and aggressive follow-up through to claim resolution.
  • Experienced in analyzing Aged Accounts Receivables to recommend appropriate action (collection/legal) on delinquent accounts.
  • Completed extensive training courses by National Medical Systems, Inc. and now working with "Allscripts" (Tiger) software.
  • Owners and staff regularly attend workshops and seminars given by various insurance companies monitoring the constantly changing regulations in the healthcare industry. Have recently attended and completed HIPAA www.massmed.org/pages/hipaa_tip.asp education seminars.
  • Member of the Healthcare Billing & Management Association and attend educational conferences given by this association.
